The commitment to a space and time to think, coupled with a coach who listens intently, asks insightful questions and offers constructive challenge and perspective, is a powerful combination.
I’m experienced in coaching and developing senior leaders, new managers and high potentials. I have an understanding and experience of the challenges and pressures faced in a fast paced and uncertain world, and recognise that the higher up the career ladder one goes, the lonelier it can feel.
That’s why I offer a bespoke approach focused on building self-awareness. This enables the individual to carry out their role with authenticity and accountability, in full understanding of the choices they make and the impact on themself, the organisation, colleagues, friends and family. With this approach, they develop an enhanced sense of self, clarity of next steps and the energy, motivation and confidence to put them into practice…and to realise their true potential.
