A little bit about me...

 

I am passionate about people and supporting them to fulfil their potential.  Simply put, helping people to be the best they can be and seeing them grow and develop energises and inspires me.

I'm a Coach, Mentor and HR Consultant with a speciality in helping high potentials, new managers and developed leaders to achieve personal growth and business success.  I do this by listening intently, asking insightful questions and offering constructive challenge and perspective.

I've been successful because of my authentic and solution-focused approach, my significant experience in HR and as a qualified Executive and Transformative Coach.  I’ve worked in small-medium sized service and pharmaceutical companies in the UK and internationally and I'm experienced at working in complex and ambiguous situations in a matrix organisation.

I’m experienced in leadership development, change management, organisational development and design, influencing and conflict resolution.  Throughout my career, I’ve provided advice, support, coaching and consulting across all levels of seniority and diverse functions such as Finance, Legal, IT, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Research and Development, Production, Engineering and Supply Chain.

I am a true collaborator and relationship builder with emotional intelligence and a pragmatic and positive outlook.  I’m unafraid to tackle the difficult questions in the spirit of building personal, team and business growth.
