My deep knowledge of HR and experience at strategic level mean I can quickly help define the scope of work needed and partner with you to provide additional support and resource when it’s needed the most.  This may include coaching and mentoring your existing HR professional(s).

I am business savvy, and offer my understanding of influencing, managing change, conflict resolution and leading others in a matrix organisation, operating across Europe and beyond.  I also have experience of designing and delivering talent development programmes, and several complex restructures within Europe from inception to implementation.

I bring to the table my knowledge and experience as a well-regarded Senior HR Leader, qualified Executive Coach, collaborator and relationship builder.
